Basic Guarantees

Basic Buyer Protection ensures you will receive your item on time and as described. We want to ensure that your purchase will arrive on time, therefore we provide a guarantee that products will be delivered by a set date: 30 or 60 Day Buyer Protection.

  • The set date is listed under each product description.
  • Buyer protection starts on the day we ships the product.

Always check each product On-time Delivery guarantee time and make sure your desired delivery date falls within this time-frame.

Moneyback Guarantees

If you didn’t receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment.

Warranty Guarantees

We offer product warranty services for some of our product, it come with 1 month replacement and 6 months maintenance warranty. To check if your product are protected within warranty, you can find it product description listed under “shipping & guarantee” section if its is eligible.

  • Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first half year. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
  • Before returning items, please always inform us in advance and make sure you get our return address after speaking to us. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

  • The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
  • Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to our responsibility (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).
  • Your account is in good standing.
  • Your item is returned to us due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included).
