RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items shipped from GULA MAGICK, including all purchases from online store, our worldwide Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.
We try to keep things simple at GULA, Any product delivered to you that fails to match our description is eligible for a refund. If you not satisfy with your item(s), simply send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of evidence, pictures of a broken product for example.
Once accepted, you DO NOT NEED to return the products and we will process your return with Full refund or store credit. It takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us email@example.com within 14 days of your receipt of your package.
- After we have been notified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchanges.
- Once we accepted your exchange, we will send you the same item or store credit coupon.
- Non-returnable item: Gift cards, downloadable software product, customised/personalised items, health and personal care items.
- To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You may be asked to provide proof of evidence on faulty items and personal details for the purpose of processing the exchange.
Processing returns takes us a few days, so please be a little patient with us.
Handmade at GULA MAGICK and Customizable Products
Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by us, you are protected per our promised Guarantee.
- All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
Live Plants or Insects
Fresh flowers, live indoor plants, or insects are not returnable to GULA MAGICK, but may be refundable.
Pet food and similar products are not returnable to GULA MAGICK, but may be refundable.
